Osheaga Festival To Amplify RFID Wristband Tech

3 days of the Festival this summer in Canada Osheaga see each of its 130,000 + anticipated attendees get the latest laptop technology event - an RFID bracelet.




RFID wristbands custom fabric supplied by ID & C act as tickets for all audience members, staff, press and crew - granting access to designated areas, as appropriate.

The system first appeared in the 2013 edition of Osheaga and will once again be provided by the promoter Evenko based in Canada, with the support of RFID Technology Company specializing Academy.

Along with the custom development of ID & C RFID wristband, RFID collaboration solution is set to expand past success by rolling into broader areas of the festival site year. In addition, there will be an increase in opportunities for users to engage with social media applications based on RFID at the event - a proven festivals to connect with and grow their audience online form.

In 2013, RFID Osheaga Festival helped reach 7.8 million people online, with more than 24,000 interactions made by three days of the event.

The system also offers a post analysis - festival, Osheaga organizers helping to segment audience profiles - allowing customization experience the festival in future editions of the festival
